Financing the LRFP
Projects that are listed on our approved LRFP will be financed through a combination of the district's Capital Reserve account (which is an account that funds are deposited to each year and can only be used for building projects) and our available ESSER grants from FY 2021 and 2022. The district will also be applying for new available grants including the ROD Grant Program (Regular Operating District Program) the NJCEP Grant Program (New Jersey Clean Energy Program) and any other available Grants that relate to facilities upgrades.
